    Position:
    Supply Chain Manager (Construction Industry)

    Location:
    North London (Hybrid Working Offered)

    Salary:
    £65,00 - £70,000 + Package (including 8% pension, healthcare, 26 days holiday, 6 months full paid maternity and 8 weeks full paid paternity).     Role Overview:

    We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Manager to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in optimising their supply chain operations.

    As a Supply Chain Manager, you will leverage your construction industry experience and familiarity with COINS software to enhance efficiency and drive success across the projects.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of the supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
    • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve favourable terms.
    • Utilize COINS software to track inventory, monitor costs, and analyse supply chain performance.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in supply chain management within the construction industry.
    • Proficiency in COINS software preferred.
    • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective supplier relationships.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
    • MCIPS qualification desirable.
    • Eligibility to work in the UK.
