An exciting opportunity awaits a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Digital Media team in the UK for the Central region.
- As the BDR for Central, your role is crucial in helping prospects enhance their customer experiences through Adobe solutions, ultimately creating new sales opportunities for Account Managers (AMs).
- Identify and cultivate high-value opportunities for the Sales pipeline and establish initial rapport with potential accounts.
- Take a consultative sales approach, understanding prospects' businesses, goals, and challenges before proposing a solution.
- Achieve quality pipeline and various metrics such as Inbound lead follow-up and outbound account engagement.
- Research target accounts, engage decision-makers, and nurture accounts to generate interest.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads to generate sales-ready leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Specialist teams to qualify and build pipeline.
- Update CRM systems and tools to log key information for a smooth hand-off to Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing for lead generation campaigns and follow-ups.
- Provide closed-loop feedback for continuous process improvements within the BDR organization.
- 1-2+ years of Sales/Business Development experience with SaaS knowledge.
- Proficiency in spoken and written German
- Proven track record in business development within enterprise solutions, software, or tech sales.
- Demonstrated sales skills in inbound and outbound experiences, building strong relationships across various levels.
- Experience in all aspects of the SDR process including account planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
- Self-driven, collaborative, with strong communication skills and business acumen.
- Ability to grasp complex business issues and translate customer needs into solutions efficiently.
- Proficient in corporate tools like email, MS Office, and sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, SFDC, etc.
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
- Team player with the capability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and solution teams.
