    Learning & Development Administrator - London, United Kingdom - Career Legal

    Description

    Our client is an international law firm recently recognised for their standout diversity in innovation, they are now seeking a positive Learning & Development Administrator to join their growing team in their London offices on a permanent basis.

    The main responsibilities for the Learning & Development Administrator will be to support both legal training and professional skills training by being fully involved in a wide range of tasks and providing excellent administrative support.

    This Learning & Development Administrator role would suit a bright Graduate looking to start/build a career in Learning & Development.

    Duties will include:

    • Providing administrative support in the organisation of in-house training and ensuring the smooth running of courses on the day.
    • Tracking training attendance by sending out electronic or hardcopy attendance registers, maintaining tracking spreadsheets.
    • Taking responsibility on a daily basis for responding to telephone or email queries and escalating these as appropriate.
    • Assisting with the administration and maintenance of the firm's learning management systems.
    • Maintaining records for various types of information including budget spend, documents and emails (including saving materials onto the Learning Management System).
    • Helping to coordinate the induction/training programmes for the trainee and legal apprentice intakes.
    • Assisting with maintaining and editing internal and external learning and development websites.

    It is essential to have strong attention to detail skills and deliver work with high accuracy along with being able to undertake work independently. The right candidate will possess excellent MS Office skills, communication and organisational skills. The Learning & Development Administrator will be able to work under pressure, be reliable and possess an enthusiastic and energetic approach.
