- Providing administrative support in the organisation of in-house training and ensuring the smooth running of courses on the day.
- Tracking training attendance by sending out electronic or hardcopy attendance registers, maintaining tracking spreadsheets.
- Taking responsibility on a daily basis for responding to telephone or email queries and escalating these as appropriate.
- Assisting with the administration and maintenance of the firm's learning management systems.
- Maintaining records for various types of information including budget spend, documents and emails (including saving materials onto the Learning Management System).
- Helping to coordinate the induction/training programmes for the trainee and legal apprentice intakes.
- Assisting with maintaining and editing internal and external learning and development websites.

The main responsibilities for the Learning & Development Administrator will be to support both legal training and professional skills training by being fully involved in a wide range of tasks and providing excellent administrative support.
