    Administrative Assistant - Fawley, Southampton - £32,100 per annum - 12-Month Contract

    We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to offer crucial support to a dynamic team. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our department. Your expertise in administration, strong coordination skills, and dedication to providing top-tier customer service will be highly appreciated.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently provide administrative support to optimize departmental operations.
    • Perform various tasks such as typing, filing, phone communication, scheduling, record keeping, and mail management.
    • Participate in special projects involving data recording, compilation, retrieval, analysis, and reporting.
    • Demonstrate a high level of autonomy and proficiency in administrative tasks.

    Skills and Experience Required:

    • Outstanding IT skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
    • Knowledge of SAP is preferred, but training can be provided.
    • Familiarity with Share-Point.
    • Strong data entry skills with a firm commitment to accuracy.
    • Excellent multitasking and workload prioritization abilities.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
