    Description
    Knowledge Management Team Lead | £50,000 Pearson Carter are working a provider for IT Service Providers. They primarily provide managed services and cloud computing providers to their clientele.

    They are looking for a KM Team Lead with a lot of experience in software documentation, SaaS applications and Learning Management Systems.

    This will be a remote role with a lot of growth potentialResponsibilities:
    Participate in engagements from end-to end: From assisting with initial scope and SOWs; planning and leading projects; interacting with client key project participants; assisting with configurations and quality assurance; delivery; to transition to support

    Build strong ongoing client relationships:
    Be the person the client looks to for advice and guidance with the platform; the person they look to as the face of the company

    Be the client's advocate:
    Work closely across internal teams: Sales, Solution, Services, Support, and Engineering teams to build an exceptional client experience with the company and our platform

    Hands-on:
    In addition to managing client engagements, you will become an expert in the platform. This is key to delivering successful engagements and handing over a system that will help transform our clients' businesses.


    Track and Measure:
    tracking and managing client engagements with the objective of improving our relationships and building a better product

    Experience:
    Leadership in Knowledge Management with skills in Software Documentation, SaaS, and Learning Management Systems.
    Strong background in training delivery and content creation.
    Must appreciate the complexity and challenge of eliciting information about intricate systems from diverse sources.
    Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration.
    Must possess the ability to establish trust and foster open dialogue.
    Advance communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Capability to work remotely and manage a global team.


    Preferred:
    Proficiency in using knowledge management systems and various Learning Management Systems (LMS).Exposure to creative decision-making and project design roles.
    Experience working in Global product based organizations.


    Salary + Benefits:
    They offer an excellent salary up to £50,000 and includes benefits
