    Au sein des activités de projets, notre objectif est de développer et de renforcer les liens vitaux entre les personnes et les activités économiques au sein des villes et entre les territoires.
    Quelques exemples de projets ? Autoroute A63 (France), M25 et M40 (UK), tunnel de Dublin (Irlande), WestConnex M4 et M5 (Australie), Golfo Centro (Mexique), RN1 au Congo-Brazzaville ; GoSafe (Irlande) ; stationnement en voirie à Amsterdam et Paris; ZFE Manchester ; services aux usagers de la route.
    Description de la mission
    Le Knowledge Manager coordonne et anime la gestion des savoirs et des savoir-faire métiers d'une organisation.
    Il est en charge de:
    - Elaborer et piloter une démarche de valorisation des savoirs et des savoir-faire au sein de la SL O&M et assurer sa mise en œuvre
    - Co-animer les communautés de pratique
    - Construire des outils de gestion des connaissances (livre de connaissances, fiches de REX, portail KM, espaces collaboratifs de communautés, etc.)
    - S'assurer de la validité des données/informations accessibles
    Missions:
    * Pilotage d'un programme de mise en œuvre d'une démarche KM
    ( définition d'un processus, elaboration d'une cartographie des connaissances et identification des connaissances critiques afin de définir un plan de capitalisation, rédaction d'une charte, construction d'un plan de communication, conception des outils de communication afin de promouvoir la démarche KM en utilisant différents médias (supports écrits, média web, poster...), conception d'un plan d'actions pour développer la gestion des connaissances métiers, production d'indicateurs d'usage et de création de valeur.
    * Apporter son support dans l'animation des réseaux d'acteurs du KM ( Co-Animer une communauté de pratique pour dynamiser la création et le partage des connaissances, Communiquer auprès des différents acteurs pour les mobiliser)
    * Production et gestion de la documentation (Contrôler, enregistrer, diffuser et rendre accessibles les documents, Gérer le cycle de vie des documents, Appuyer les utilisateurs dans l'application des processus et l'utilisation des outils, Participer à la rédaction de la documentation)
    De formation Bac +5 en sciences de l'information type Master en Communication, Technologies de la connaissance et Management de l'information associé à une spécialisation en gestion des connaissances en entreprise, vous justifiez d'une appétence pour le knowledge management et pour la gestion de projet.
    Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques classiques et collaboratifs.
    Vous maitrisez la langue anglaise à l'écrit comme à l'oral .
    Vous etes capables de rédiger des synthèses et des analyses, d'argumenter et de fédérer.
    Vous etes force de proposition, autonome et rigoureux.
    Vous faites preuve de réactivité et de disponibilité.
