    Conveyancing Legal Assistant

    Birmingham City Centre (Fully Office Based)

    Bell Cornwall Recruitment is excited to collaborate with an esteemed national law firm on the lookout for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their conveyancing team at their office in Birmingham city centre.

    Responsibilities of Conveyancing Legal Assistant:

    • Offering comprehensive support to Conveyancing Solicitors for smooth operations.
    • Producing correspondence using the case management system.
    • Interacting with clients via phone and in-person.
    • Managing filing systems, including daily filing and organizing client files.
    • Preparing and dispatching mail and enclosures.

    Requirements for the ideal candidate:

    • Demonstrating proficient knowledge and background in Residential Conveyancing.
    • Showing initiative in conducting searches, ID checks, and additional file-related tasks independently.
    • Exhibiting high levels of precision and efficiency.
    • Possessing a courteous telephone manner and being confident in client interactions.
    • Being extremely organized, methodical, and adaptable.
