    Position: People Services Administrator



    We are seeking People Services Administrators to join the esteemed London People Services Team, a group of skilled professionals dedicated to servicing our UK & Ireland business, which supports a workforce of over 13,000 employees.



    This role involves providing proactive and exceptional People administration services to the UK & Ireland business, assisting the broader People team, employees, and managers.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Enquiry Management: Provide People administration support to the UK & Ireland, manage all employee life cycle processes, and address People queries as the primary point of contact.
    • Employee Data Management: Handle drafting of various reference letters, manage data entry for employee lifecycle processes, and ensure accurate instructions are sent to payroll for pay-related changes.
    • Document Management: Organize paperwork in an online document management system, process invoices promptly, and ensure accurate coding.
    • Leavers & People Moves: Manage Payroll leaver information, generate leavers paperwork, and create contractual change documentation.
    • Time & Absence: Offer admin support for sickness, family absence, and annual leave matters, including the creation of 'return to work' documents for employees and line managers.
    • Cyclical Activities/People Projects: Assist with annual salary reviews, bonus processes, and promotion procedures, contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives.

    Person Specification:


    • Passionate and ambitious graduates (CIPD certification is a plus)
    • Experience with Core People System, preferably Peoplesoft
    • Background in Shared Services environment with case management tool experience
    • Excellent customer service, accuracy, and attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in PC/database skills and Microsoft Office
    • Ability to meet service standards in a customer-focused setting
