- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in a portfolio of 3-5 clients
- Managing and servicing the day-to-day renewal activities
- Dealing with day-to-day client issues, coverage queries, changes to business etc
- Managing workflow of a team of client service advisors
- Coordinating and managing multiple placements ensuring that brokers are working to the timeframes agreed with the client
- Experience of commercial insurance ideally with global exposure
- Have strong time-management skills, be able to prioritise and manage several projects

As a Client Manager your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on the servicing and management of insurance programmes for complex multinational organisations.
