    Description

    Our client is an established privately-owned Property Investment company in London seeking a full time Block Manager / Property Manager.

    The role will oversee a small portfolio of Residential flats, ASTs and Commercial units in and around London and will involve:

    Organising property inspections (safety, fire safety, lifts, etc)Ensure relevant risk assessments are in place and recommendations are followedProactively manage repairs and maintenance to ensure the property is in prime conditionDealing promptly with all communications from landlords, tenants and contractorsDealing with tenants' day to day issues to ensure a quick and efficient resolutionSite inspections and checking on contractors worksSection 20 Major Works consultations, specifications and tendersAssisting in preparing and issuing service charge budgetsAttending residents' meetings and quarterly visits to sites for meter readsAssisting with insurance requirements and dealing with insurance claimsMaintain accurate records and provide effective information to all parties in a timely mannerApplicants should have relevant experience of in Property Management as above.

    The role is full time but flexible hours and part working from home is available.
