Description
A 12 month secondment opportunity has arisen to lead and manage the day-to day operations and performance of the CAMHS Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team and CAMHS Liaison team based at Hopewood, Kings Mill Hospital and the Queens Medical Centre.
The post-holder will oversee management supervision and support the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high quality and safe patient -centred care by developing relationships with key internal and external partners.
With a clinical background and professional registration such as NMC, Social Work England or HCPC , the post-holder will work in close collaboration with the CAMHS CRHT Clinical Lead, the Liaison Clinical Lead and Consultants.
You will develop innovative new ways of working with other providers to enhance improved working practices and relationships across healthcare and social care to meet strategic objectives, organisational requirements and evidence- based practice developments to meet better mental health outcomes for children and young people.
You will also be a key part of the wider CAMHS leadership team.A key aspect of this role is to develop and implement performance systems and processes and to ensure that performance can be monitored against key performance indicators.
