    Description

    Financial Controller - Central London & Hybrid Working

    • We are seeking an individual who truly understands what exceptional accounting entails. Someone who can lead a team to produce outstanding monthly management accounts and provide top-notch information for the senior leadership team.

    • This position is situated in their London headquarters, catering to individuals who value being present in the office at least three days a week.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identifying and implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency and spearheading the integration of M&A activities into the group reporting workflow.
    • Collaborating with the Finance Director and CFO on project initiatives.
    • Producing timely and accurate monthly management accounts for all UK divisions, including initial submissions and variance analysis for the FP&A Director.
    • Owning exceptional cost reporting in collaboration with the FP&A Director and Finance Director to ensure alignment with Group policies and business objectives.
    • Supervising balance sheet reporting, including reconciliations and providing insights on monthly movements.
    • Maintaining a robust control framework, suggesting improvements to be reviewed with the Group Accountant and Finance Director to ensure compliance with the approval matrix.
    • Ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards in transactions and assisting in the implementation of new accounting and reporting tools.

    Essential Requirements:

    • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
    • Extensive experience in management accounting
    • Demonstrated career stability with a clear track record of progression

    An attractive remuneration package of £75,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance & Bonus is on offer for the right candidate.
