    • Collaborate with technical experts to enhance technical platforms and pipelines for efficient reporting and collaboration.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with researchers and stakeholders, ensuring access to necessary resources.
    • Engage with the academic community to promote CRI pathways and drive diagnostic discovery.

    • Develop reporting systems to track outcomes and impact, internally and externally.
    • Lead the expansion of the CRI function, building and guiding a high-performing team.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to navigate complex research proposals and ensure compliance.

    Skills & Experience for Success:

We anticipate that the ideal candidate will have/be:

    • An experienced operational leader within a clinical or research setting, with a focus on process improvement, metrics monitoring and stakeholder engagement.
    • Have an understanding of technology and an interest in its application.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
    • Demonstrated project management expertise, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.
    • Some knowledge of genomic research and diagnostics preferred, with a keen interest in advancing precision medicine.
    • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and making a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery.
