    This is a full-time permanent position, and your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:30AM until 5:30PM.
    The salary is competitive depending on your experience.

    ABOUT YOUR ROLE

    Your role will be to undertake the full Business Development process such as which entails company research, mapping and cold calling prospective clients to gain both temporary and permanent vacancies
    DUTIES
    • Develop own list of prospect clients through lead generation, cold calling, and client marketing
    • Contacting prospective, lapsed and existing clients through calls, emails, visits and new business development to gain both temporary and permanent vacancies
    • Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients
    • Negotiate both temporary and permanent fees including any PSL agreements
    • Ensure all temporary and permanent roles gained are filled within agreed time limits and SLAs
    • Account management
    • Ensure that sales KPI targets are met weekly
    • Ensure that GP financial targets are met monthly and yearly
    • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
    • Maintain and develop company commercial branding and image
    • Assist with any additional ad-hoc projects
    THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
    • A minimum of 6-12 months experience.
    • Good general level of education
    • Evidence of business to business sales
    • A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development
    • Strong commercial business acumen
    • The ability to demonstrate success and experience managing major customer accounts and large contracts, particularly achieving genuine sales development and a proven track record of bringing in GP
    • The ability to open and close sales
    • The ability to write business letters, quotations, proposals and marketing materials to a very competent level
    • The ability to understand basic business finance i.e. gross margin percentages and calculations.
