    Dayshape is an advanced resource management solution, incorporating AI and intelligent automation to help professional services firms optimise their workforce like never before.

    Our target customers are global firms, international networks, and large national or regional organisations, if they're big enough to have the challenges that Dayshape can solve.

    This is a back-end data integration team that requires a technically strong Product Manager to craft a strategy that will allow the company to scale by meeting current and future customer capacity needs.

    This team also provide capabilities that allow us to ingest data, and onboard customers rapidly.

    As the product leader you will help set and deliver on the vision and mission for this team where they will impact on the growth rate of the North Star Metric.

    Dayshape is a single product company, so the Product Management function interfaces with almost every other team in the company including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and Support.

    You'll work closely with these departments to get their input into multiple demands and product development needs.

    Externally, you will demonstrate empathy with our customers, leading workshops and developing a data-led approach that will help us identify what matters to them.

    As you prioritise and plan development on an ongoing basis, you will have a critical role in undertaking the discovery work required to refine requirements and communicating the plan to stakeholders.

    Visions and plans mean nothing if they aren't delivered, and you will steer that delivery, working on prioritisation and scheduling for your development team.

    You will prioritise and select appropriate features to build based on company objectives and an analysis of mitigating the following risks:
    An experienced Technical Product Manager who has previously led product discovery and delivery for enterprise software, and has ideally worked with highly technical data teams
    Well versed in technical concepts and understand modern data ingestion strategies and technologies
    Highly adaptable, comfortable leading a customer call one moment, and getting into the implementation details of a specific feature the next
    Always thinking about the big picture, balancing product, commercial and customer needs and risks at all times
    55,000-£65,000 (depending on experience)
    ~ At least £1,000 per year to spend on professional and personal development
    ~33 days' holiday per year (including bank holidays), increasing by 1 day each year to a maximum of 40 days

    ~ This is a full-time role (37.We typically work from 09:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday, though we can be flexible around this, just let us know.

    We're making the most of hybrid working, so you won't need to come into the office everyday (unless you want to).

    We don't mandate required office time, but we find that most of the team enjoy working from home 3-4 days a week, and come into our office to connect with each other, make use of space, and for meetings.
