Renal Services Department want to Improve health and care outcomes.
Improve people's experiences of health and care services.
The admin team are an integral part of providing services to patients, GPs, other hospitals and other disciplines in the wider field.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for candidates who are able to work individually as well as part of a team. They should be able to provide an empathic and sensitive point of contact for patients, relatives and carers. They should be able to work and demonstrate good organisational skills, IT, communication and all aspects of secretarial tasks. Excellent customer service skills and telephone skills are required.
