- Management of Quality system in order to comply with the requirements of the company's current quality certification
- Recommend changes to the Quality system, procedures and work methods
- Provide a point of contact for Quality issues raised both internally and externally
- Support bid team in creation of tender documentation
- Develop and implement quality strategies and action plans

- Communicate constructively and actively seek information
- Provides technical expertise, where necessary
- Liaise and work with relevant parties to ensure all work activity is planned, organised and carried out to quality standards
- Use of discretion when entrusted with sensitive information
- Promote and communicate standards/information to colleagues and team members
- Wear protective items of clothing when on site
- Conducts quality and environmental audits - minimum 1 per half year
- Report any accident, incident, damage or near miss to Supervisor
- Ensures own and colleagues safety at all times

- Take responsibility for your own health and safety and adhere to all the Company health and safety procedures and policies
- Identify and escalate any hazards, near misses in line with the Company's reporting procedures
- Recommend improvements to working practices
- Willingness to help; assist other team members as required
- Ensures contractual responsibilities are observed and adhered to
- Work away from time to time, this requirement shall be defined by the operational needs of the business
- 5 years of ISO audit experience (ISO9001, 14001 and LCA preferred).
- Relevant qualification in quality and environmental practice
- Confident IT user, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workloads
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work to a budget
- Excellent time management skills
- To work effectively in a team
- Degree in chemistry preferred
- Vocational training courses related to water hygiene
- Previous exposure to the Water Hygiene sector
