    Marketing Manager

    Do you have experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies within the food industry?

    Are you well-versed in managing and motivating a sales and marketing team?

    Do you have experience in identifying and capitalizing on new sales and marketing opportunities?

    MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Food business on the search for a Marketing Manager . This is a permanent role based onsite in Cumbria .

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research, implement, develop, and manage a comprehensive sales, marketing, and PR strategy
    • Manage, direct, and coordinate the Sales & Marketing team, including the Marketing Manager, Sales & Merchandising Manager, Social Media & Digital Executive, and Sales Ambassador (events)
    • Develop and maintain a consistent brand image, build brand awareness, and protect a registered trademark.
    • Create and manage sales and marketing budgets in collaboration with the Finance team.
    • Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager on research and development to explore additional sales avenues.

    What are we looking for?

    • 4-5 years' experience as a leader within the food/ FMCG industry
    • A degree in marketing or related field.
    • A proven track record of success in driving sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative skills.
    • Comprehensive understanding of all social media channels and their role in the marketing mix.
    • Sales experience in B2B, B2C, and ecommerce.

    Salary – up to £55k DOE.
