    Description

    We're recruiting an Assistant Facilities Manager (permanent, full-time) for our client EDF's showcase residential training and conference centre Cannington Court in Somerset.


    Hours of Work:

    • Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
    What's special about the role?

    • Your team who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional, face to face facilities maintenance service
    • Variety you'll lead on front of house, housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance engineering
    • Your place of work a unique and beautiful residential venue incorporating a restored Grade I Listed former Priory, with contemporary finishes, energyefficient principles and advanced technology throughout

    Role Details:

    • Being the first point of contact for our customer (face to face)
    • Planning and delivering contracted services for the sites including: Front of House Reception and Cleaning and Maintenance Engineering in accordance with service level agreements
    • Daily coordination of the site facilities teams including team briefings, training etc
    • Delivering exceptional customer service
    • Ensuring health and safety and statutory compliance for the sites
    • Identifying opportunities for cost control/ reduction and innovation

    Essential Requirements:

    • Experience of coordinating or supervising a team working in a customer facing environment e.g. retail, logistics, facilities
    • Understanding of health and safety and statutory compliance
