    Administration Assistant

    Contract: Part Time Permanent

    Hours: 37 Hours/39 weeks per year (term time + Inset days) Monday - Friday

    Scale 3, Points 5-6 £23,500 - £23,893 FTE, (£20,146 – £20,758 Actual)

    A once in a career opportunity to work in a brand new, state of the art £34 million school. This is a genuinely unique opportunity to take on a key role at the first 'all through' school in Essex, judged Outstanding by Ofsted in January 2023. The Beaulieu Park School opened the doors to 60 Reception children in September 2018. In September 2019, another cohort were welcomed into the Primary School, together with 180 Year 7 students. The school is growing each year with a new cohort of entry. We were pleased again this year that we were oversubscribed with families nominating us as their first choice school. We now have over 1400 students in years R, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Our 6th form provision will open in September.

    We are seeking to appoint a Administration Assistant to join our student support team (Secondary School) in September, working alongside the PA to the Principal.

    Specific responsibilities are outlined in the Job Description.

    The closing date is 12 noon on Monday 3rd June 2024. Interviews will be held w/c 10th June 2024.
