    Description

    School Staffing Solutions Recruitment - Registered Manager Position

    This job listing is for a Registered Manager position at a residential care home located in Westbury Park, Bristol, which is part of a group of 28 schools and care homes across the UK.

    Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 per year

    Hours: 40 hours per week

    • Attained or Working towards QCF Level 5 Diploma
    • DSL training
    • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social care, or equivalent
    • QCF assessor qualification is advantageous
    • First Aid certification
    • Management experience in residential care
    • Skills in staff supervision and management
    • Experience working with clients with disabilities or special needs

    Main Duties:

    As the Registered Manager, your role involves managing the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with regulations. You will lead a team in providing high-quality care for clients with disabilities, focusing on their well-being and safety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership and support for positive client outcomes
    • Manage and develop the staff team
    • Oversee daily operations and care plans
    • Implement behavior management programs
    • Ensure consistent care delivery and learning practices
    • Model and promote quality care standards
