    Accounts Payable Assistant - Non Technical
    London / Hybrid
    £We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable assistant to join our small and friendly Finance team This person will report directly to the Non-Technical Accounting Manager and will be responsible for the timely processing and
    Key accountabilities of the Accounts Payable Assisatant
    Monitor Accounts Payable inbox ensuring all internal and external queries are managed effectively

    • Enter and upload invoices into SAP Concur (accounts payable module) for approval
    • Prepare and process electronic funds transfers and payments via our bank portals
    • Oversee the weekly payment runs ensuring all payments released from the bank
    • Prepare analysis of expense accounts as necessary
    • Reconcile accounts payable ledger to the general ledger
    • Experienced in accounts payable or general accounting.
    • Working towards an accounting designation not required but considered an asset
    • Knowledge of general accounting principles considered an asset, particularly in relation to accruals and
    Knowledge of relevant accounting software (previous experience with Oracle and SAP Concur preferred
    Proficient in data entry and management

    • Ability to work as part of a broader finance team
