    Description

    The Account Director at WTW UK will be responsible for providing specialised insurance broking services for clients within the power and energy sector.

    You will work closely with clients to develop risk management strategies and provide advisory services that align with their business objectives.

    Understand the clients' business and risk transfer needs and offer solutions to fulfil those needs through the provision of ongoing service.

    Understand, apply and where necessary explain the BU policies and procedures.
    Establish and maintain active relationships with our clients, retail offices and (Re)Insurers.
    Strong relationships in the Natural Resources Downstream market locally and overseas.
    Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment.
    Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional client service and building of client relationships.
    Strong skills in problem solving, planning, and budgeting.
    High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management.

    Preferably educated to a degree, or MBA level (or country equivalent).
