    Description
    Job Description Marketing & Communications Manager

    Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join a growing Fintech firm on a permanent basis.

    Reporting directly into the COO, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications campaigns and BAU, to drive brand awareness and B2B customer engagement.

    Hybrid working: 3 or 4 days in London West End office, 1 or 2 from home.

    £70,000 - £80,000 DOE + Bonus


    Digital marketing :
    Website updates, posting content, carrying out regular reviews to ensure the site is up-to-date; Email: creating lists from our CRM (Hubspot); tailoring content to internal and external audiences; reviewing report data to iterate and improve future campaigns

    Social media:
    regularly posting content; Content creation
    Maintaining intranet content calendar
    Event management – internal and external event management
    developing new content where required for key segments and audiences; Marketing technology : maintaining the CRM, and keeping up-to date with relevant governance and regulations eg GDPR

    Graphic design :
    use suitable desktop publishing software to create and update simple presentations, templates and social media assets
    ~ Manage external agencies on more advanced design projects


    Communications:

    Internal communications:
    Support the leadership team in executing internal communications
    Develop key messages, talking points, and briefing materials to ensure consistent and effective communication
    Reporting on marketing activities : maintaining a monthly KPIs dashboard; Digital marketing and website management
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Stakeholder management
    Marketing material production
    Brand management
    Content management
    Event management
    Budget management
    Experience in using marketing software, ideally including HubSpot, Wordpress, Adobe & Canva
    Preferably, background in financial services, tech industries or rapidly scaling businesses
