We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our committed and passionate team on a permanent contract.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Clear Voice.
As the Business Development Manager your duties would include:In collaboration with the Head of Business Development, develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company objectives, targeting new markets and industries
Support the Head of Business Development and Sales & Marketing Director in developing a business development plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and KPIs
Manage and lead business development activities to drive new business
Develop and maintain pipelines for business expansion whilst delivering revenue growth
develop new client relationships through market research, networking events, trade shows and prospecting activities
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decision-makingThe experience and skills you need:
Proven track record of success in selling language services to senior decision makers
Demonstrable long-term sales experience in acquiring NEW business in the B2B market
