Summary:
Join our team at Spitalfields Crypt Trust (SCT), a charity deeply rooted in East London, committed to assisting individuals dealing with homelessness and addiction. Our innovative and inclusive approach focuses on supporting communities through practical aid and training programs. From residential recovery services to community support initiatives, we aim to empower individuals on their journey to recovery.
As the HR and Quality Manager at SCT, you will collaborate with the CEO and other key stakeholders, overseeing our human resources and quality management processes. Responsibilities include setting HR standards, ensuring health and safety compliance, and enhancing quality improvement systems within the organization. You will supervise HR Volunteers and administrative staff, fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation.

This is a permanent full-time role with 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The working location is at the SCT Head Office and other sites within East London, with the option for remote work up to 2 days per week.
