- Work with the SMD in sales to work on and improve sales process throughout the business
- Grow and manage a pipeline of opportunities with a structured engagement process to ensure strong sales Performance
- Maintaining an accurate and reliable sales forecast and delivery against sales and revenue targets
- Apply cross-selling and up-selling strategies for delivering incremental and compelling business value
- Collaborating with Marketing and the BU teams to run lead generation and sales campaigns to build a strong pipeline of recurring, profitable business
- Development of relationships with C suite contacts and presenting to board level
- Deliver strong, compelling written proposals clearly defining how firm successfully addresses needs and adds demonstratable value
- Actively and strategically network, attend events
- Relationship Management with existing clients and partners to ensure repeat business and high service levels
- Understand current regulations to credibly identify opportunities for specialist consultancy teams
