    Description
    Job Description CRM LOYALTY MANAGER

    HYBRID
    LONDON - 2/3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE

    This company are the pioneers and leaders of premium all-inclusive holidays for families and active couples, they've been around for more than 60 years and now offer 70+ ski and sun resorts across the globe.

    As a CRM Loyalty Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
    Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing
    Campaign planning, building a CRM strategy, PDM strategy, data base optimisation, monitoring the automated emails and growing the database
    Management of 1 direct report who builds emails (this role will give management training too)
    Multichannel marketing - email and website mainly
    HTML coding experience is needed (use of pre-existing templates)
    ~3 years plus experience in CRM minimum
    ~ Knowledge of monitoring campaign performance and analysing performance for optimisation purposes
    ~ Experience working with a range of CRM tools and systems
    ~ Excel experience

    After a year of service, you are eligible for a 3 week paid holiday at one their resorts
    ~ Flexible working
    ~25 days holiday
