About Patrick Lynch:
I am a Project Manager working at senior project / programme level equally at home in Information Service / Technology and digital environments handling the challenges of the constantly evolving and converging environment.
I deliver programme/project through pragmatic implementation expertise.
On one level - controlling the creative process, delivery to always critical and tighter deadlines - has provided me with an essential curiosity to define the user experience and brainstorm a creative concept whilst producing project documentation, and the ability to accept highly complex problems and turn them into deliverable projects. At a higher level I always examine the processes and people actually match to deliver. I clearly identify if a solution adds real values to a company's objectives and whether it takes them closer to their overall strategic vision.
Considerable experience in managing people and large complex projects as well as organisational skills honed at board level.

I am a Senior Project / Programme Manager successfully contracting at the senior project/programme level since 2005. Equally at home in digital environments, Information Service / Technology and handling the change and challenges of the constantly evolving and converging environment.

- Experience in driving change management, business transformation, service transition, project strategies, technology roadmaps, complex programmes, PMO, SaaS solutions, cost savings and benefits realisation.
- Transformation needs change management; to involve behaviour change, ways of working and embracing the new Normal. I have always used my HR background and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management to help facilitate such change.
