The ideal candidate will have a background in the industry or steel-framed construction, with a passion for overseeing projects from conception to completion.
This role will involve a combination of on-site and office-based work, collaborating closely with our Operations team and the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and manage construction activities on-site.
Negotiate contracts with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and compliance.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
Manage project documentation and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
