- Establish and maintain clear client retention goals
- Assist clients in setting up and navigating programs or software
- Promote the value of the product or service to clients
- Analyse customer data to improve customer experience
- Hold product demonstrations for clients
- Act as a strategic and supportive partner for clients at every stage of the buying process
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Technical skills required, as they relate to our services
- Accountability and personal organisation are essential
