    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Success Partner to join our team. As a Success Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve their goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain clear client retention goals
    • Assist clients in setting up and navigating programs or software
    • Promote the value of the product or service to clients
    • Analyse customer data to improve customer experience
    • Hold product demonstrations for clients
    • Act as a strategic and supportive partner for clients at every stage of the buying process
    • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
    • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
    • Technical skills required, as they relate to our services
    • Accountability and personal organisation are essential
    • Experience in managing a diverse group
    • Great networking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
