    Job Title:
    Interim Financial Accountant (3-6 Month Contract)

    Location:
    London, Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

    Rate:
    £400per day (Outside IR35)CK10001Finatal is currently partnered with an exciting and high-growth Fintech business who is searching for an experienced Interim Financial Accountant to support with the completion of year-end consolidation pack and prepare the firm for audit


    Key Responsibilities:
    Help to drive the year-end process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
    Help the financial reporting team to compile reports to present to management.
    Clean up overdue accounts and reconcile financial discrepancies.
    Work closely with external auditors to facilitate a smooth and efficient audit process.
    Implement best practices and process improvements within the reporting function.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet tight deadlines.


    Qualifications and Experience:
    Accounting qualified. ACA/ACCA or equivalent, ACA audit qualified with Big 4 is strongly desired.
    Experience working in a PE backed firmStrong background in managing audits and working with external auditors.
    Experience of preparing reports on budgets and financial statements (including monthly and annual reports) to present to management.
    Track record of being successfully involved in completing clean-up projects.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
