    Fundraising Manager (Community & Corporate)

    Job Title: Fundraising Manager

    Location: Oxford/Hybrid

    Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 FTE, Pro rata

    Contract: Part-time, 21 hours per week

    About the Role

    This organization is currently in a period of growth with new leadership in Fundraising. They are seeking to expand the team to enhance skills, strengthen supporter relationships, and continue their impactful work supporting young people through challenging times.

    Joining as the Fundraising Manager, you will engage with community organizations and corporate partners, fostering generous support for the cause.

    Key Responsibilities Include:


    - Engaging and inspiring communities to support the charity and raise awareness of its mission


    - Growing existing corporate partnerships and establishing new ones


    - Maximizing fundraising efforts from the local community, schools, and groups


    - Building lasting relationships with partners through various communication channels


    - Delivering impactful presentations about the organization to community groups


    - Involving community partners in fundraising events and activities


    - Managing fundraising events, initiatives, and volunteers to increase income and expand the supporter base


    - Ensuring a positive supporter experience to meet objectives and income targets

    About You

    If you have prior experience in Community or Corporate fundraising and possess a talent for relationship-building and motivating others, this role is for you!

    To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have:


    - Proven experience in managing supporter relationships and achieving income goals


    - Strong understanding of supporter care practices


    - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools


    - Excellent communication skills for diverse interactions and presentations


    - Ability to inspire and advocate effectively for service users' needs


    - Driver's license and access to a car
