    Description
    Job Description Recruitment Administrator

    Pinewood Technologies currently has an exciting opportunity available for a proactive and reliable individual to join our growing team as a Recruitment Administrator.

    Working within our friendly Talent Management Team, the Recruitment Administrator will have a hands-on approach to providing administrative support throughout the full recruitment & onboarding process.

    Working closely with our recruiters to provide administrative assistance and support throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
    Communicating effectively with candidates and colleagues via email, telephone, Microsoft Teams and in-person.

    Ensuring the recruitment process is followed accurately and thoroughly prior to any offers being made by the recruitment team.

    Undertaking various HR duties as may be reasonably required by the team.

    At least 1+ year(s) of administrative experience in recruitment as a minimum.

    To be educated to A Level or equivalent standard, and possess GCSE Maths, IT and English at a minimum grade of a C or above (or equivalent grade).

    Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is desirable but not essential.
    Experience in working with MS Office.
    To be a confident communicator, building professional relationships easily with colleagues and candidates.
