    In line with our growth plans, we are seeking passionate, dedicated and driven sales professionals to join our dynamic and current high performing team.

    Position: Sales Account Manager
    Department: Solar PV and Battery Storage
    Location: Remote. Applicants must reside in the United Kingdom. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and present tailored Solar PV and battery storage solutions to enhance energy efficiency and increase cost savings.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, answering inquiries, and providing ongoing after-sales support.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to develop accurate and competitive proposals that meet clients' energy requirements and financial goals.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate the benefits of solar PV and battery storage systems to potential customers.
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding performance objectives.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the renewable energy sector. Familiarity with solar PV design tools is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, understanding their needs, and building long-lasting partnerships.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
    • Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
    • A passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in renewable energy and its positive impact on the environment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
    • Full, clean driving license with the ability to drive to our head office in Essex.
