- Line Managing our fantastic assistant team (currently sitting at around 5 people), working with on personal development, workload management and prioritisation
- Building strong relationships across the Interviewer populations in order to effectively and efficiently schedule in interviews.
- Process improvement- identifying areas of the recruitment process that could be optimised to ensure the best experience for candidates and the most efficient use of the team's time.
- With the support of the Recruiters you will contribute to the delivery of our exceptional candidate experience – maintaining frequent contact with candidates throughout their journey in our recruitment process. Your skills and experience
- Experience working as a recruitment assistant, scheduling multiple interviews across geographies and business areas
- Line Management experience- supporting a global team and developing them personally.
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills , ability to prioritise and build rapport
