    Our recruitment team is looking for an experienced team leader with experience working as and leading a recruitment assistant team.

    Line Managing our fantastic assistant team (currently sitting at around 5 people), working with on personal development, workload management and prioritisation
    Building strong relationships across the Interviewer populations in order to effectively and efficiently schedule in interviews.

    Process improvement- identifying areas of the recruitment process that could be optimised to ensure the best experience for candidates and the most efficient use of the team's time.

    With the support of the Recruiters you will contribute to the delivery of our exceptional candidate experience – maintaining frequent contact with candidates throughout their journey in our recruitment process.

    Experience working as a recruitment assistant, scheduling multiple interviews across geographies and business areas
    Line Management experience- supporting a global team and developing them personally.
