- Lead the global integrated comms planning process for some of Danone's most iconic brands
- Collaborate with Team Flow strategy teams as well external agency partners to deliver global brand strategies and helping local teams adapt to their markets
- Build strong relationships with local market teams and client-side marketing teams
- Identify best-in-class work across the network, elevate to global clients, and roll out across all markets; collaborate with strategy team in build out and local market education / roll out
- Reinforce best practices and help local markets implement them into their everyday planning / activation
- Identify areas of opportunity to further the client's business (i.e. test & learns for retail media)
- Proactive, solution orientated and excited by a challenge
- Delights clients and enjoys collaborating with them
- Knows how to craft and evaluate a media plan

- Enjoys telling a compelling story, building PowerPoints, and knows how to work within a PowerPoint template
- Knows how to make a pivot table in excel

We have an exciting account director role within our global client leadership team working across one of the world's leading CPG accounts, Danone.
You will have the entrepreneurial freedom to manageyour brands and projects, but you will be coached and supported by a seasoned client partner. You will also have the support of a manager as a direct report, plus a fantastic supportive team.
