- Plan, organise, and execute a variety of events, including but not limited to trade shows, conferences, seminars, CPD webinars, workshops, product launches, and promotional events.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
- Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development.
- Manage event promotion and communication strategies across various channels, including email marketing, social media, press releases.
- Oversee the creation of compelling event collateral, including invitations, promotional materials, signage, presentations, and post-event reports.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to enhance event outcomes and sponsorship opportunities.
- Develop and implement PR strategies to maintain a positive brand image and manage media relations effectively.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive PR initiatives and crisis management.
- Measure and analyse the success of events and PR efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to innovate event experiences and communication tactics.
- Qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in event planning, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
