    As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Events and Public Relations Manager to join our Marketing team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our stakeholders and the wider audience.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Events and Public Relations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of events while also managing our public relations efforts.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualising, organising, and executing various events to engage our audience effectively. Additionally, they will develop and implement external communication strategies to build on our positive brand image and foster strong relationships with the media and stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, organise, and execute a variety of events, including but not limited to trade shows, conferences, seminars, CPD webinars, workshops, product launches, and promotional events.
    • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
    • Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development.
    • Manage event promotion and communication strategies across various channels, including email marketing, social media, press releases.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling event collateral, including invitations, promotional materials, signage, presentations, and post-event reports.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to enhance event outcomes and sponsorship opportunities.
    • Develop and implement PR strategies to maintain a positive brand image and manage media relations effectively.
    • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive PR initiatives and crisis management.
    • Measure and analyse the success of events and PR efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to innovate event experiences and communication tactics.

    Qualifications:

    • Qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (3+ years) in event planning, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • A strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
