    We have partnered with an iconic luxury global brand, who requires a Retail Marketing manager, with a background in luxury fashion and accessories, within this role you will be responsible for delivering the retail marketing strategies across your country network.

    This role will deliver targeted campaigns, and events, in order to build our network and boost VIC CRM.

    Strong communication is require in order to collaborate with across departments and functions to successfully execute high-impact retail marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and all retail marketing activities (CRM, clientele, event) according to Global guidelines.
    • Lead all customer- focused analytics.
    • Manage reporting, segmentation strategies and campaign performance.
    • Analyse data to assess and reveal customer profiles and business trends.
    • Enhance customer retention and conversion.
    • Build a top client experience strategy.
    • Develop the events program, local execution, and strategic promotion.
    • Implement effective ROI models to measure effectiveness.
    • Budget management
    • Coach store teams to strive and develop an advanced clients journey.

    Key Attributes

    • 7 years+' experience in a luxury retail company.
    • In depth knowledge of luxury fashion industry trends and digital markets
    • Proven track record of driving traffic into a retail environment, and retail analytics
    • Strong communicator
    • Strong project management skills
