Capgemini has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join its EMEA FCC Advisory Solutions Team based in London. The Team provides advice and solutions to help clients prevent financial crime and meet their financial crime compliance obligations for Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions & Embargoes, Fraud and Anti-Bribery & Corruption.

Capgemini FCC Advisory has an immediate need for a Senior Manager with seven or more years' experience within FCC-related roles and a sound knowledge of FCC programmes, systems and controls. Typically working in teams, Senior Managers are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and reporting stages of multiple advisory client engagements, as well as managing key client accounts. Our Senior Managers have knowledge in a range of areas, are considered subject matter experts in some, and are aware of emerging industry and risk trends and contribute to thought leadership and new product design.

What you'll do:

Business Development & Growth

Participate in business development initiatives that include targeting external clients, attending industry conferences, drafting client alerts and white papers, and speaking engagements.
Ability to identify sales opportunities and progress them in conjunction with other team members, including developing proposals and pitch decks.

Product Knowledge & Development

Input to the development of cutting edge products and services that will meet client needs.
Keep abreast, and maintain an understanding, of current and emerging regulations, regulatory drivers and business strategies to enable effective evaluation of governance, risk management and compliance environments in financial institutions and corporations.
Maintain an effective professional network to stay informed of developments within the industry.
Provide governance, compliance and risk management thought leadership and guidance via external presentations, publications etc.
Proactively help identify best practices across Capgemini and externally with peers in the industry.

Leadership & Firm Governance

Be an inspiring leader in Capgemini by acting as a mentor and coach, and by providing constructive feedback.
Responsible for oversight and technical execution of all compliance, risk and governance advisory work conducted by teams within areas of responsibility.
Development and management of small teams.
Development and line management of junior level staff.

Client Service

Responsible for overseeing effective planning, management and execution of client engagements.
Lead teams on client engagements, ensuring teams are adequately supervised, delivering high quality products and services on time and to budget, and dealing with any barriers to progress appropriately

Knowledge & Skills

Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role with people management, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to assess client's requirements and develop a strategic plan to design, document and deliver a solution that meets those requirements.
Ability to organize and effectively handle multiple tasks and workflows in a fast paced environment, yet flexible enough to respond quickly to critical issues.
Ability to be resilient and adaptable on projects in order to execute in spite of complexities and complications.
Ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
Ability to manage time and budgets.
Well-developed aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
