    We are on the lookout for a visionary Human Resources Director to spearhead our HR endeavors.

    This role is for a leader who is ready to ignite passion, uphold integrity, empower individuals, and foster a thriving community within our organization.

    Provide outstanding leadership to the Human Resources team and facilitate strong working relationships between HR and the rest of the business.

    # The management and development of people is a key aspect of the role. Oversee the recruitment, performance management, supervision and guidance, and professional development of the HR team.
    # Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, wellbeing, EDI, etc.
    # Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development, etc.
    # Provide timely, pertinent and accurate information to the Chief Operating Officer and Board by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
    # Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
    # Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
    # Contribute actively to strategic decision making as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

    Proven experience as Head of HR or HR Director.
    # BSc/BA in human resources, business administration, or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources and/or CIPD level 7 will be a plus.
    # Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practice.
    # Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
