    This is a full-time or part-time role with some flexibility around hours worked.
    As Digital Fundraising Executive, you will manage specific digital campaigns to drive supporter acquisition, engagement, retention and income.

    You will play an important role in ensuring we provide the best possible experiences for supporters online, and that the online content and journeys are as good as they can be.

    Contract

    This role is available full-time (35 hours per week, Monday – Friday) with some flexibility around hours worked, or part-time (at least 28 hours per week).

    You will work remotely or a hybrid of remote and working in our collaborative, modern office space in Haywards Heath, which is open Tuesday – Thursday and is a short train journey from Brighton, or a 45-minute train journey from London.

    You will be expected to attend the office for monthly team meetings and there may be a small amount of other ad-hoc travel within the UK.

    Managing specific digital fundraising projects, working with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure requirements are met, projects are delivered on time and on budget, and targets are achieved.


    Project Management :
    Oversee digital fundraising projects, ensuring they meet requirements, stay within budget, and hit targets.

    Digital Integration :
    Enhance offline campaigns with digital content and messaging in collaboration with fundraising teams.

    Strategic Development :
    Work with the Digital Manager to grow international fundraising through various digital channels.

    Performance Monitoring :
    Keep track of fundraising activities, update plans, and implement optimisations as needed.

    Testing and Optimisation :
    Assist in A/B and multivariate testing to improve digital fundraising efforts.

    Collaborative Projects :
    Support the Digital Managers and Head of Digital Fundraising with additional projects.

    As the Digital Fundraising Executive, you will be responsible for managing projects to maximise income, plus supporter recruitment, engagement, and retention, through digital channels.

    Working with colleagues across fundraising and beyond to ensure digital support for the relevant campaigns is effective and optimised.

    Proven experience in managing digital fundraising projects with timely delivery, adherence to briefs and budgets, and effective results reporting.


    • Experience and understanding of key digital marketing or fundraising platforms and disciplines - including experience with content management systems, email marketing, social media platforms, search and display advertising and ideally experience with GA4.
    • Excellent writing skills, ideally with a background in writing strong fundraising copywriting.
    • Competence in data analysis, reporting setup, and tracking progress against KPIs.
    • Project management skills involving coordination with multiple teams and external agencies to achieve organisational goals.
    Experience in international fundraising.


    • Understanding of various individual-giving fundraising disciplines, such as mailings, inserts, and TV advertising.
    • Experience in orchestrating virtual mass participation events.
    • Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
    • Research skills to identify new digital and fundraising opportunities.
