About the role....
As an Area Sales Manager for the Midlands, you will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive profitable sales by maximizing opportunities with existing clients and by attracting, assessing, and finalizing new business deals.
You will be working across various customer segments including Convenience stores (both independent and chain), Retail, and Foodservice sectors such as Education, Healthcare, and Sports venues.
Your main focus will be on ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction by managing a portfolio of accounts, serving as their primary point of contact, thus the ability to cultivate strong relationships and become a trusted partner is crucial.
You will also assist in equipment installation, provide customer training on product preparation and equipment usage, ensure health & safety compliance, conduct product sampling, and manage merchandising.
