    Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. We are seeking an experienced Principal Business Objective Manager to join our Customer Support Mission team.

    This is a remote role in which you will lead the development of strategic objectives for the Customer Support organization.

    You will work with senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to define key strategies and drive business initiatives to achieve legendary customer support and operational excellence.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree.

    7+ Years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, business intelligence or related roles, with experience in driving business growth and achieving results.

    Experience analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights.
    Experience communicating with multiple partners and senior leaders.
    Think with a forward-looking mindset, able to anticipate market trends, competitive threats, and business opportunities.
    Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
