    An experienced HR Executive
    To support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

    Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Design and implement performance management systems to ensure employee productivity and development. Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements. Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and legal requirements. Handle HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HRIS systems. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic HR plans.
    Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR executive or relevant role. Experience with HR software, like PeopleHR, Xero. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular). Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects. Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills. BS in Human Resources or relevant field.
    Have a strong work ethic, intelligence and a 'can-do' attitude. Competitive Salary.
