    Lettings Negotiator (NW1)

    Location:
    NW1 (London)
    32 per hour

    Role Overview:

    As a Lettings Negotiator based in NW1, you will play a crucial role in securing suitable properties for our customers during estate regeneration works.

    You'll work closely with a diverse range of customers, ensuring their housing needs are met while developing strong relationships within a short timeframe.

    Collaborate with lettings agents, landlords, the Riverside voids team, and other suitable contacts.
    Identify and secure temporary accommodation within agreed budgets for customers during estate regeneration works.

    Work closely with customers to understand their housing needs.


    Property Viewings:

    Conduct estate and home visits to ensure all customers, especially those without suitable IT access, can view potential properties online.

    Arrange and carry out accompanied viewings, providing applicants with relevant property and lettings information.

    Handle telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants.
    Oversee the signing-up process, including inventory checks and deposit payments.

    Work closely with colleagues within the regeneration team to meet temporary rehousing targets.

    Assist with lettings-related reports.

    Prior lettings knowledge and experience, preferably gained within a commercial environment.
    Exceptional communication and customer service skills with a pleasant telephone manner.
    Experience using MS Office Suite.
