    Administer Windows and Linux based systems.
    Provide technical support to users remotely and in-person.

    Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer the use of local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), virtual private networks (VPN), and wireless networks (Wi-Fi).

    Perform routine technology maintenance, backups, reports, and notices.
    Continuously monitor and troubleshoot network and systems stability and performance.
    Assist with planning and coordination of IT-related purchases.

    • Administer virtual machines in Hyper-V and VMware environments.
    • Manage user accounts in Microsoft 365.
    Administer Microsoft 365 environment including Azure AD, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
    Administer other cloud-based services such as Asana, Slack, etc.
    Backup and synchronization of project data.
    Other related duties in the IT department.
    Possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.)
    Previous experience in an office setting would be considered an asset.
    Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
    Experience with Windows 10/11, Server 2016, and Linux operating systems.
    Knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) configuration, network protocols and equipment.
