    As Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include:
    • Leading the team in ensuring product and processcompliance and customer engagement
    • Ensuring existing and newproducts and processes comply with Customer, ISO/AS/IATF and NADCAPstandards.
    • Maintaining, developing, auditing and championingthe QMS and processes
    • Acting as primary liaison withCustomers, Auditors and other relevant stakeholders
    • Drivingquality strategy & developing staff, supporting production,engineering and sales functions
    Were looking for aQuality Manager with the following skills and experience:
    • Proven leadership and management of quality teams
    • Theability to ensure requirements in high compliance productionenvironments
    • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
    • ISO9001, AS9100, IATF16949 Quality Management Systems
    • Aerospace and Automotive Customer QM Systems and engagement
    • Part and process approval (FAIR, PPAP)
    • NADCAPcertification, heat treatment and/or coating processes
    • Precision measurement, calibration, quality documentation
    • Precision metal forming/fabrication
    • New productintroduction, process improvement, root cause investigation
    • Risk tools (FMEA), statistical tools (SPC/MSA), data analysis
