    Location: This role will be based out of Europe and covering European timezones

    What you'll be doing:

    As a lead EMEA Business Development role at Sanlo, you set the standard of building a qualified pipeline of prospects and converting them into customers. This role requires an understanding of the gaming world and the language they speak.

    • Day to day, you'll be prospecting customers by phone, email, LinkedIn or whatever it takes to get them excited and interested in learning more about Sanlo. You will also be responsible for following up with prospects regularly to ensure they progress through the sales funnel.
    • You will be responsible for reaching out to both inbound leads as well as outbound prospecting with the goal of setting discovery calls.
    • As the first point of contact with the company, you will be expected to be a subject matter expert of all things Sanlo. This also means you'll hear feedback from prospects first so you'll need to be able to work with cross-functional teams to relay that information to help make Sanlo products even better.
    • Lastly, and most importantly, you'll be winning deals to help Sanlo hit its revenue goals.

    We're looking for someone with:

    • At least 3-6 years experience hitting or exceeding quota, selling to game development companies
    • At least 3 years of sales/lead generation experience at a B2B tech company, with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
    • Data-oriented
    • Experience building process and tracking results over time
    • Enjoys the thrill of the hunt
    • Creative thinker who is willing to experiment different strategies to figure out what works
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
    • Additional language proficiency is a plus (French, German, Arabic, Russian)

    Bonus Points:

    • Experience selling multiple products
    • Existing knowledge & background of D2C Webshops Industry
